Tuesdays @ 7pm – A weekly interval session, ran on the road loop around the park or on the grass pitches in the summer. The sessions are structured to align with the cross country season in the autumn/winter progressing into road racing in the spring/summer.
The group abilities range from 15-25 minute in the 5k and includes non-members who are wanting to improve their fitness or are looking to get involved with the club activities.
