Silvers in the London XC Champs

We had a successful Saturday at Parliament Hill with the Thames Women picking up silver medals at the London Cross Country Championships. Lizzy Apsley led the team home in 9th closely followed by Daisy Irving-Hyman in 11th while Claire Hammett and Ruby Woolfe closed out the scoring team in 19th and 21st.
